Passion for Supper
Closing out the noise and convening with others around a table is one of the best feelings in the world. We want to show others the real difference between dinner and supper. We hope to assemble our connections and create conversations within the community AND bring that experience to the comfort of your home.
Equity
No one is more important than someone else on the team. We provide industry training and mentorship to anyone joining our team. We want to foster a wholistic approach to the work that we do and eliminate the designation of "front of house" and "back of house"; there is simply "house". We pay our team a living wage and provide a means to increase their earning potential as they work more with us that lean heavily into acknowledgement of sweat equity and does not espouse performance as the only measure of merit.
Ethical pricing
You know exactly what you're paying for and why you’re paying that amount. We work with what we have and do not have to account for potential spoilage or seats not being filled. Every price tag you see goes to the specific operation of what you are paying for.
Sourcing
We operate as locally as possible and work with our farming community to source seasonally.
Transparency
With our commitment to providing equitable employment and to price ethically, it is important to us that we allow for accountable. We will gladly answer any questions about sourcing, wages, and just about any question that involves our business decisions. We are honest with ourselves, why not be honest with y’all too.

This means leaving behind the never ending prep days, overworking for overworking's sake, and taking every opportunity that comes our way. We will only operate endeavors that we have the capacity to without putting unnecessary burden on our team.
